Tizzerts, Inc. opened for business in July, 1995 near downtown Charlotte, NC. Tiz Faison Benson is the founder and sole owner, hence the name of the business. The bakery is actually called “A Custom Cakery,” because the menu includes fresh, made to-order layer cakes, brownies, and bundt cakes.
